Urge

Running on a slippery road of thoughts
building houses on water stretches
where the shore hosts
a still waiting ship
that gets rocked by the wave’s gentle embrace

to legislate tacitly
the burden of troubling worries
magical
at the same time

to be the carrier and the guide
for the lost ones, left without a way

to advance on the shore – soon to be a desert
looking to the unnamed ship
to forget that you know you are treading one thousand paths
to stop the desire mid-air
and prevent endless tempests…

then quiet

walk hand in hand with the road of thoughts.
