About Me in English

My name is Corina Victoria Sein.

It was not too difficult in taking the decision to join those who „discovered” before me the advantages to be the „owner” of a bolg in order to „exploit” it for one’s benefit.

I am a writer (http://www.excelsiorart.ro/echipa/autor/sein-corina-victoria.html) – I write and edit books. I write because I love the act of writing and it loves me too. I write in order to build houses where my thougts may find shelter. I write for the readers who joined me in time and I fight to gain by the help of my books as many possible literature „consumers”.

The reader is always close to me; then, when I am writing, celebrating and he/she helps me to go on. The reader is, if I may say it, my other half. The reader made the choice to know me better and to enter my imaginary world.

I opened the door of my House for all those who love beauty, art in general and especilly literature.

Besides my profession as writer I also choose to be an editor. (http://www.excelsiorart.ro/pagina/istoric.html) Why? After twentythree years of editorial activity I have a justification: in achieving the product called book both writer and editor work very hard. Both embark on a special journey: the journey of the book, both of them gaining benefits and satisfaction. The writer has the privilege to be more visible and to survive longer due to the collective memory, his destiny being mingled with that of the book, while the editor, represented by an institution, is in the service of both author and reader. Thus, editor and writer are the source of the own force, responsable for the epic flow of the stream.

Why a blog?

Since many years the book edited in a classical form, on paper, reaches seldom the writing table or a corner of our intimate space, wherever we withdraw from everyday life, searching for models and stimulating through our reading the flow of the creative emotions … So, this is a reason for building my blog named „The house that shelters thoughts”.
